A quick count of sample ballots, with 100 percent, by pollster Ipsos showed Pedro Pablo Kuczynski leading Keiko Fujimori by 1 percent in Sunday’s presidential ballot, 50.5 to 49.5 percent. But with a margin of error of +/- 2 percentage points, the Peru presidential candidates remain in a statistical tie.
