Peru Siblings win World Youth Chess Titles

Against the backdrop of the Turkish resort of Kemer on the Gulf of Antalya, two young teen-aged Peruvians from Villa El Salvador won world titles in the International Chess Federation championships that ended this past weekend.  Â
